thanks to folks for keeping up on my collection.  im putting bloggy on hold for the moment as we approach the possibility of passing CORI reform in the house.  im hoping it will happen in the next 2 weeks as the culmination of a 5 year campaign.  wish us luck and call your rep if you’re a MA resident!

    So hear you about CORI Reform! Called my Rep. Im a Chelsea Resident and State Rep. Eugene O’flaherty has certainly received calls from me and others in the area who care about getting this done!
    Thanks to our
    Governor Deval Patrick for keeping this on the top of his agenda. This is going to help hundreds of thousands of people in Massachusetts!
    Just like Healthcare Reform, we made some important 1st steps, now with CORI Reform. Hope those states who do not have some reform in place get on the ball. This is an issue that will have profound positive impacts for years to come especially for people of color.

      thanQ katie for the encouraging inquiry! support helps hiatus from turning to early retirement. i am so happy we pulled it off. not done yet. but a major weight is lifted.
